The video needed to carry the emotional weight of the song while introducing the album with a strong visual signature. It also had to work as a standalone piece of art, layered with cultural references and easter eggs for fans to discover.

Solution
I wrote the script and created the full cut-out animation, a handcrafted technique that took nearly three months to complete. Every frame was built to reflect the song's themes of stepping back from the noise, with visual references woven throughout for those who look closely enough.
